Java applet
requires the Java Virtual Machine (JVM.) It's free and easy to install.
Visit http://java.sun.com/getjava/index.html
to get the Java VM.
4. I see a
"Scripting Error" message.
This problem
appears in Internet Explorer 4.0 or 4.01. There are two solutions: Download
the free Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack at http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/iebuild/ie4sp1_win32/en/ie4sp1_win32.htm
Upgrade to Internet Explorer 5 (or higher) for free at http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
5. I get an

- Use the
latest version of your browser: Microsoft IE 5.x (or higher) or Netscape
Communicator 4.7 (or higher.).
- Use the
latest version of the Java Virtual Machine. Visit microsoft.com, select
"search by keyword," and look for Microsoft VM.
